Stay strong in the Speaking of the Maori Language
Our week opened with the national anthem sung by the school, karakia and then with the raising of our māori flag.
Also showing our māori instruments/ tools.. koauau... toki.. putatara
Kia ora to Matua Maania Hungahunga for opening Te wiki o te reo māori at Rowandale School.
Kia ora to our new kapa haka roopu mo nga waiata o te ata.
Kia ora to Whaea Lois mo tō tautoko ki te korero māori ki a tātou katoa.
Kia ora mo te matakitaki mai.
